Advance seat assignments can only be placed through Apple Vacations, Beachbound, Cheap Caribbean, Funjet Vacations, or Travel Impressions. Standard coach seat selection may be purchased for $24 each way. Seat selection must be done at least 3 days or more prior to departure with your travel advisor or vacation provider.

TUIfly Belgium does not pre-assign seats. Guests who elect to have seats assigned at the airport will be done on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Special needs guests will be accommodated at the airport upon check-in.

Online flight check-in is available for departing and returning flights via GlobalX operated by TUI Airlines Belgium.

Visit https://flightcheckin.algvacations.com  between 24 hours to 3 hours prior to your flight to check-in and get your boarding pass.

If seat selection was not pre-purchased in advance, general coach seats may be selected free of charge during the online check-in process. If upgraded seat selection was not purchased in advance prior to online check-in, and you wish to purchase, those may be available at the airline counter prior to departure (based on space availability, fees noted above will apply).

Please note, if checking any bags, you must still stop at the airline counter 60 minutes prior to flight time. If you do not check-in online in advance, the standard check-in procedure will apply.

Passengers must travel with a passport.
Passports must be in good condition, and guests may be denied boarding if it is damaged, mutilated, or has excessive wear. All passengers are responsible for verifying their documentation and travel eligibility prior to departure.

Ticket counters will open 3 hours prior to departure.

There are 2 complimentary non-alcoholic beverages plus a small snack.

Alcoholic beverages and snack boxes available for purchase (please see menu card below for specific availability). Please note that only alcoholic beverages that are purchased and served by a flight attendant may be consumed on board by passengers age 21 and older (due to FAA regulations it is illegal for passengers to consume personal alcoholic beverages brought on board the aircraft).

GlobalX operated by TUI Airlines Belgium is cashless - only credit card and debit cards are accepted.

Golf Clubs may be considered a first checked bag (if not checking additional baggage). Please note that if the golf clubs do not meet the length/weight requirements of a first checked bag (as noted above), surcharges will apply.​

If you plan on traveling with a wedding dress, please ask your travel advisor to add an air comment on your reservation noting the wedding dress will be carried on board.

CPAP machines/medical supplies - The FAA approved device needs to be packed in a case that fits under seat. Travelers must advise counter staff at time of airport check-in/bag drop as to what medical device they are bringing onboard the aircraft.

Wedding Dresses - Wedding dresses and suits/garment bags will be accepted as an overhead bag if they are packaged to fit within the sizer box at the airport (22'"x13"x8") and weigh no more than 22 pounds.

Other requests not noted above - GlobalX operated by TUI Airlines Belgium is unable to assist passenger requests as they must be handled by your travel advisor or ALG Vacations.
