Mr. Chris Jamroz is the Executive Chairman of the Board and CEO at Roadrunner Freight. He is a highly experienced executive focused on creating shareholder value through active executive management of portfolio companies in transportation, logistics, and cyber security.
Mr. Jamroz also serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board and CEO at Ascent, a privately owned freight forwarding and domestic brokerage services provider. He is also the founding partner of LyonIX Holdings LLC, a specialty investment, equipment leasing and direct operations private fund.
Before coming to Roadrunner, Mr. Jamroz served in executive roles at Emergent Cold, STG Logistics, and Garda Cash Logistics. He also serves as Governor of the Royal Ontario Museum, Canada's largest museum. He holds a B.A. in Business Studies with First Class Honors (summa cum laude) from Birmingham City University in the UK as well as an MBA with Distinction from York University in Canada.

Goepel brings to our team over 25 years of senior finance and CFO Roles with significant LCC, ACMI, and narrowbody charter experience. He is a founding shareholder and CFO of GlobalX and helped guide all aspects of its launch and growth.
Goepel is also the former Chief Financial Officer of Flair Airlines Canada, transitioning it from a B737 charter operator to a profitable low-cost scheduled carrier. He served as the former CFO for ZEiTECS, a global artificial lift technology company. He guided its sale to Schlumberger and was the Business Unit Finance Leader for KBR Services, overseeing 12,000 employees and growing revenue from $300M to $3B.
Goepel played a key financial role in the Burger King turnaround that culminated with a successful IPO.
Additionally, he is a Certified Management Accountant, with an MBA from Texas A&M University and a BA from the University of British Columbia.

With over 30 years of international and domestic experience in FAA Part 135 and 121 airline operations, Mr. John Pearsall possesses extensive knowledge of the Part 121/135 Certification process, ETOPS, FBO Operations, and aircraft procurement.
As the Founder and former President and Director of Operations at Elite Airways, he is rated on Boeing 757/767, Gulfstream II, III, IV, and Falcon 20.
Furthermore, as an Airline Transport Pilot with Commercial SEL & Sea ratings, Mr. Pearsall has accumulated 19,800 total flight hours, including 15,000 PIC Turbine, 5,000 PIC on Boeing 757, and 3,200 PIC on Gulfstream IV.
As the Founder and former President and Director of Operations at Elite Airways, he is rated on Boeing 757/767, Gulfstream II, III, IV, and Falcon 20.

With over 33 years of experience, including roles as a 119 DOM and 145 repair station accountable manager, Mr. Kevin Beitzel has a distinguished career in aviation.
As a former Senior Maintenance Inspection Supervisor for Frontier, he brings extensive experience in senior leadership roles at startup airlines.
Additionally, Mr. Beitzel has held previous leadership positions with US Airways and Allegiant.

With over 25 years of pilot experience, including 19 years of Part 121 operations, Mr. Justin Perrey has accumulated more than 12,000 total flight hours. He Has logged over 7,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) of ERJ 170/190 and EMB 145 aircraft, operating in the world’s busiest airspace.
Additionally, Mr. Perrey is certified and rated on A320, ERJ 170/190, and EMB 145 aircraft.
